About me
I’ve loved objects with a past and anything having to do with witches and vampires ever since I was a kid. For better or worse (better, I think), I watched Dark Shadows before I was in kindergarten and fell in love with Barnabas Collins and the fog-filled town of Collinsport, Maine. I grew up spending weekends at thrift stores and antique stores and am addicted to the musty scent of old books and the thrill of finding a notebook or journal written in the flowing script of an earlier century.
Before writing and making art, I created classification systems and managed projects to help organizations find and manage online information and records. I raised two amazing humans with my husband in the suburbs of Denver and later Houston, and currently live in the mountains of Colorado.
